Privacy
The firm collects only what an intake requires: your identity, contact particulars, and the facts of your matter. Intake data is held on encrypted servers in Pakistan, is accessible to the conflicts officer and the assigned practice lead, and is destroyed twenty-four months after a declined matter is closed. We do not sell data and do not use it for marketing without written consent.
You may request access, correction or erasure by writing to the data officer at the Peshawar chambers. Requests are answered within thirty days.

Descriptions of past matters are illustrative and do not warrant a comparable outcome.
